
As I look at our company's growth over the two decades since our inception, I am extremely proud of what this company has achieved, and even more excited about our prospects for a promising future. Our company has successfully made a transition from a small locally-based racing exhaust shop to one of the premier sources of performance exhaust in the motorsports industry, with customers ranging from motorcycle enthusiasts to NASCAR® champions. Rinehart Racing has become one of the most respected performance exhaust producers, garnering business across the globe while earning customers' trust along the way.
It is both gratifying and humbling to know that motorcycle enthusiasts throughout the world trust us enough to put the name Rinehart on their bikes. Every interaction with our consumers is a "moment of trust", an opportunity to make a positive impression. We are committed to listening to and acting on what our consumers and dealers tell us to ensure that each moment of truth meets and exceeds their expectations. Customer satisfaction is the hallmark by which we measure our success. Moreover, it persuades us to hold to only the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship while utilizing cutting edge technology and innovation.
If there is a constant in exhaust technology, it is change. The pace of this change is rapid, and even more far-reaching change may be on the horizon. Embracing this, we realize the vital importance of exceeding the industry's expectations in addition to surpassing our own company standards. Every plan we make, every goal we set, and every new design we introduce is driven by the desire for quality and is zealously focused on the customer. In this constantly evolving industry, our customers are more informed than ever about exhaust options. As the Chief Executive Officer, I have outlined five strategic initiatives which our Executive Team and I believe will enable us to meet our goal of becoming the world's top consumer performance exhaust company within the next two years. These initiatives are: 1) develop and maintain a healthy inventory that is accessible to the market in a timely fashion 2) develop business strategies based on clear, cogent target insights, 3) invest in a clear, global identity, 4) innovate in design as well as technology, and 5) develop a global organization through diversified segments of motorsport exhaust. As we press forward with these strategic initiatives, our focus will be squarely on the overall health of our company and our customers, not on short-term corporate performance.
Quality and Performance are our passion and we are committed to dedicating every ounce of energy towards these ideals. The best way to maximize these ideals is to balance imagination with meticulous engineering. At Rinehart, we are proud of our ability to explore new ideas, dream new dreams, and implement technologies that make those ideas and dreams reality. We get excited over performance and we're energized about what's on the horizon. This year marks 20 years since Gerald Rinehart began making racing headers and introduced the Rinehart name to the exhaust industry. Much has changed since then, and we have weathered many challenges along the way, finding our place in an industry already filled with quality exhaust manufacturers. Today, as we begin a new chapter in our company, we will lay the foundation for an even more successful future. I look forward to working with our talented management team as we position the company to achieve its full potential and continue to introduce our consumers to new product lines implementing the latest technology and innovation.
